This is the product that gives customers instant notification of every transaction that takes place in their account. This product is called First Alert in First Bank of Nigeria plc. This instant notification can be in form of E-mail or SMS.

First Alert is of three types: Transaction Alert, Trade Alert, and First Guard.

• Transaction Alert gives instant notification of all cash transaction in the account of the customers.
• First Guard gives instant notification of all card transaction done on customers account; these include transaction done on the ATM, POS or Web.
• Trade Alert gives customers instant notification of every stage of their Trade Finance from the point of capturing Form M to the stage of establishing their LC (Letter of Credit).

First Alert in form of E-mail is free for the customer while alert in form of SMS is N10 per SMS received by the customer.
